Welcome to GoCar Seychelles. By booking or using our car rental services through GoCar Seychelles, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Payment
All reservations can be made online or via our customer support. Payment can be completed upon pickup by debit card or cash – no credit card and no deposit required. Prices are shown in EUR or USD and include all applicable taxes and insurance fees.
2. Rental Requirements
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license.
- An international driving permit may be required for non-English licenses.
- Rental duration starts from the confirmed pickup time and ends at the agreed return time.
3. Vehicle Use
The rented vehicle must be used responsibly and only by authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement. Off-road driving, racing, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited. The customer is responsible for traffic fines, parking tickets, or violations committed during the rental period.
4. Insurance & Coverage
All vehicles include full insurance coverage with basic excess. In case of damage or accident, the customer must immediately inform GoCar Seychelles and follow the provided insurance procedures. Failure to report an incident may result in partial loss of coverage.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in one rental day being charged. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after approval.
6. Delivery & Return
We offer free car delivery and collection at Seychelles International Airport, hotels, and major locations across Mahé, Praslin, and La Digue. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level and in the same condition as received.
7. Liability
GoCar Seychelles is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. The company reserves the right to substitute a vehicle with a similar or higher category if the booked model is unavailable.

9. Agreement
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. GoCar Seychelles reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
